Weight Training DVD - Fitness DVD training

Weight training is a knee-friendly, stationary exercise technique that builds a better back, a better resistance to colds and flu, more resistance to fatigue and better sleep habits. Weight training allows for better overall conditioning of the body and more flexibility and enjoyment of others sports like running, swimming, and team sports. Weight training increases core strength and can be done in conjunction with other regimens like yoga. Flies, body part lifts, planks, and pushups against walls or inverted with assistance can tax the body and build a more fit physique.


Core training with weights can improve posture and improve coordination, reaction time, and balance through a Weight training DVD guide.
